With the updated Google Talk app on your Android cellphone or tablet, you can now video and voice chat with anyone using Google Talk on the PC, Android phones, or Android tablets. This feature is supported through edge(really slow), Wi-Fi, 3g, and 4g.
To enable video chatting on the android: in the Google Talk friends list, click the video or voice chat button on the right of the contact. When you open a new app or do anything else, the video pauses while allowing you to chat.Initially, this feature is available on Android 2.3.4 and will roll-out to other Android 2.3+ devices in the future.
